Tokenisation

In August 22, in a Pitchbook publication entitled "Real Estate Tokenization" it was asserted as follows:

"Asset tokenization has the potential to transform how investors participate in global real estate markets and represents an evolution from the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) model, which revolutionized the real estate market following its creation in 1960."

At the same time, we are expecting the develoipment of 'ETH2', or 'Ethereum 2'. This is expected to be an upgrade to the Ethereum network that aims to improve security and scalability. For those who are interested, under the bonnet, it is a movement from Ethereum's current mining model (Proof-of-Work) to a staking model (Proof-of-Stake).

Putting both of these developments together, and linking it to our own systems, structures and mini-bond, is something that has significant potential. Given our university research backgrounds, and the fact that are also python/django specialists, we feel well placed to exploit the new contexts and technologies.

Most importantly, we see the potential to solve social problems in many areas by harnessing such technologies for positive development and growth.
